I´m going to buy Kirby´s Dreamland 1&2 for the original Game Boy. Kirby is great. But what about his Gamecube game? Nintendo showed a trailer at last year´s E3 but nothing happend since then. No release date, no announcements... I hope that it will be still released on the ´Cube.

Kirby's Air Ride? Anyway, first Kirby game I played was Kirby's adventure on the NES. Ah...such great times that was. Especially trying to get 100% >_> That was freaking hard.

At last year´s E3 there was a trailer of a 3D Kirby jumping and sucking through a 3D environment but it seemed that the gameplay would be still 2D. (As in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards)
However, I think Kirby´s Airride isn´t that bad. It was rated low everywhere but it is fun. Not very complex, but fun. (Except this "Defeat King Dedede" event. I tried it around 100 times and even together with a friend but I never made it.)

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards was...fair to say, very bad. I looked forward to playing it and it disappointed me in every aspect. Although, some of the combinations were rather creative, others were absolutely ridiculous. (Water + Fire anyone?)

I have to agree. It wasn´t very good. But Bomb+Bomb... XD I liked this ice-skate combo (don´t remember what it was) and The Fridge (Ice+Lightning).

The Fridge combo was so cheap. You could infinitely heal yourself easily. -_-; I loved the Rock + Cutter though where you can turn yourself into Kirby's animal buddies like Rick the Hamster. Quite fun that was, although because they're freaking rocks they move so slow.

One of my favourite combos were Cutter + Lightning where you get one totally major rip off of Darth Maul Sith's double sided light sabre, sound effects included.

Well, it's because I've played the previous Kirby games such as: Kirby's Dream Land, Kirby's Avalanche/Ghost Trap, Kirby's Dream Course, Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kirby Super Star/Fun Pak (The major Kirby game IMO.) I've grown to love these games...then Kirby 64 rolls around. Just totally ruined the Kirby experience.

I must have been...5 years old when I first finished Kirby's Adventure and I was damn proud. Then I look at Kirby 64...it felt like the game was just thrown together without much thought. The only merit was that minigame where you destroy those blocks. That was the only thing I liked out of the whole game.

Oh, yes, Kirby´s Dream Course... I once bought it at a flea market. IT´S SO HARD!! I didn´t even manage to beat the first world. Or I´m just a loser...<_<
You wrote Kirby Super Star/Fun Pak. Are they one game and only renamed for other continents or were you just tired of writing "Kirby"?

In the US, it was called Kirby Super Star. In Europe / Australia, it was called Kirby's Fun Pak.

I loved Kirby 64. First time I beat it it took me 3 days.

Loads of fun. Though once I beat a game I rarely play it anymore, so it is collecting dust with the rest of the N64 stuff.

I liked Kirby's Adventure, it was my favorite Kirby ever. They did a good job of remaking it for the GBA. It took me a long time to get 100% on them though, but a least you get to play as Meta-Knight when you do.

Kirby 64 wasn't too bad, but it can't compare to the others. The lightsaber combination was pretty damn cool though.

Speaking of GBA,Kirby and the Amazing Mirror...was WEIRD! Absolutely weird. Not only there were four Kirbies, it wasn't a set stage-by-stage thing. You could travel to wherever and you had to get all of the pieces before facing the final boss. Was very annoying but I persevered and completed it.

I'd rather play Kirby's Pinball Land than that.
