I fail to see the point, it never works for me. I can understand if it was something like a secret or something or a lie etc, but stuff that angers you? That's not it.
You know when a kid commits suicide, or shoots up the school, everyone says "Oh he/she was such a nice kid, never complained about any problems, I have no idea where this came from!" That's it, right there. Knowing, or even just thinking someone understands or cares about your problems makes them easier to deal with.
