QUOTE Why not? What makes you so assured that your opinion is the only "right" one and SMRPG is a great game? I could go about answering this in an analytical manner, but I doubt you've even played the game, so it would all be lost on you. Instead, since we're arguing in vague terms; If a bitter faggot like me who likes to hate everything likes it, it counts for something. It's a good game for many reasons, and actually actively disliking it whilst claiming Subspace Emissary is GOOD merely shows a complete lack of experience towards gaming in general. But of course, thanks to the motherfucking internet, opinion is now often fact; irrefutable, immutable, unchallengeable and infallible. If you do not agree with someone's opinion, you are insane. Fuck off. QUOTE What's wrong with people who don't like RPGs or Mario in general? By the iffy standards of categorized RPGs today, disliking all RPGs is rather laughably impossible unless you happen to not be interested in gaming whatsoever. Disliking Mario in general? It's hardly a stereotypical Mario Platformer, and Mario spans so many genres that it's ridiculous to write it off because it has Mario characters in it. QUOTE So you're saying every European person who never imported or pirated this game needs to die? How can they tell if they like it or not if they haven't played it? Use some bloody logic for once. Fuck off.
Opinion is something personal and can never be a fact. Mostly everyone has one, and every opinion is perfectly "right" for the person who has it. It may appear "wrong" to others, but only because they think their opinions are "right". And if a majority shares an opinion, it doesn't make it any more "right" either. There are no "right" or "wrong" opinions, only different ones. Also fuck that I'm tired and probably misreading stuff and will sleep now. QUOTE QUOTE So you're saying every European person who never imported or pirated this game needs to die? How can they tell if they like it or not if they haven't played it? Use some bloody logic for once. Exactly, they can't like it if they haven't played it. (Neither can they dislike it though.) This post has been edited by P.P.A.: Mar 28 2008, 10:39 PM

The only things that cannot be argued or disagreed with are FACTS. This is why insisting that opinions deserve the same treatment as facts is so absurd, and why I said they are considered as fact. If they're not facts, I am free to disagree. The bloody internet was created on arguing. 3. Hurr, o.k, so if I'm of the opinion that the world is flat, am I simply not right or wrong? QUOTE Exactly, they can't like it if they haven't played it. (Neither can they dislike it though.) Congratulations on missing the point. Bandy the words all you like, the meaning is clear, and it refers to those who have PLAYED the game and dislike it. QUOTE Am I not geek enough for you or something? "Tasteless" is a far more appropriate definition. This post has been edited by Irysa: Mar 31 2008, 02:18 PM
