That Itsuki's organization was behind the whole thing. However, I wasn't quite sure if the murder was real or not though.

But I guess, all things considered, it wasn't that surprising of a theory to begin with.

Who/what do you think that shadow was that Kyon saw? Kozumi-kun said it wasn't him, and that he no reason to lie anymore. So I just want to know what you guys think it was.

A relaxing episode today.


I just figured out something regarding the previews just recently. Remember whenever Haruhi calls out the next episode, and Kyon cuts in and corrects episode's number? Kyon numbers the episodes in the order in which they were aired. Haruhi, in the other hand, numbers them in the chronological order in which the events took place.

So, in fact, the episode today was

episode fourteen, which happens to be the last episode of the anime.

The next episode is actually episode four, the fourth of the seven episodes that are essential to the core story of The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi.

That also means, all of the other episodes we watched weren't affiliated with the real story. But at least they were entertaining.

And on another note, the latter seven half of the anime were deprived from other books asides The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, such as The Boredom of Suzumiya Haruhi and The Trembling of Suzumiya Haruhi.

I have more to rant on, but I think I'll end it here, since ranting on would probably only bore people to death.

Ha! It only took me FOUR episodes to figure this out!

While everything that I've read states that there will be only 14 episodes, I've yet to see confirmation from an official source (not there isn't one, I just haven't seen it).

However, after watching this, the 14th episode chronologically, it does somehow feel to be accurate.

So if that was supposed to be the final episode chronologically, I'll be slightly disappointed, seeing how the series would end without developing a stronger relationship between Kyon and Haruhi. Not to mention revealing the owner of the second cardigan (although I suspect Yuki).

The episode did seem to have a "final" feel to it, however it wouldn't surprise me in the least if, in the preview at the end of the second to last episode (13), Haruhi stated that the next episode would be number 15 and took place after 14. That wouldn't seem to strange considering the nature of the show, but I know it's just wishful thinking on my part.

Really, though, if this was this final episode, I don't think that it ended that badly at all.

I couldn't believe Ryoko was a huminoid interface as well...well at first. It was awesome how Nagato fought her.

Endless must be talking about those other 2 dudes that were in Haruhi's movie with Tsuruya.

Nagato Yuki ditches her glasses! To Kyon's request! Do we see some sort of alien x human love interest here?

Also, Yuki literally ditched her glasses. You no longer see them after episode 4 in Haruhi's timeline.

It was a smashing episode, even though I had already spoiled myself of the Asakura event beforehand.

This episode was almost as funny as the first.
