I beat the 10-2 without losing any morale, except to Judgment of the Gods (which is pretty much unavoidable). The only time I lost a union skirmish, I had my unit set up so I didn't lose anything. It's annoying because once he activates it, you can't do anything to stop him. Therefore you lose one big chunk of morale since getting killed by the skill gives +50% damage on top of the head being alive which is +40% damage. That's one big chunk already. I just hate using items really.
