Chaos is talking about the different types of Xbox Live accounts, you need Gold Membership to download it then I guess. I thought you only needed a Silver Account, lame.

I mean if you want the PS3 version, you need a Japanese Playstation Network account.
If you want the 360 version, you need a Gold account for it on Xbox Live, or else you can wait another week for it to be available for Silver. ~~~ [13:27:43] [Sabator] peter would be the worst batman ever though. I doubt Capcom has anything to do with this, I've heard rumors about this around the net about Microsoft doing this, but didn't think it was actually going to happen.
