damn straight i do. anything that's edible (in my opinion) can be turned into tempura. pumpkin, potatoes, mushrooms. i like mine with Udon, though. that, or curry. japanese curry <3

I don't eat fish that much unless it's sushi or in udon, soba, ramen, etc.
