Its a Rhetorical question, which embues the feeling of Rhetorical Speech, but it slightly differs off from if you were to say something in a Rhetorical manner.

EDIT:

When it really comes down to it Sturm, as sadly proves my point, I have my opinion, you have yours. You attacked me when I expressed mine, and then starting breaking off from the debate to try to complain about the way I type my posts. This is more than likely to go on and on, and no-one's ever going to get proven right. Maybe I AM wrong, but I do not think that I am. I'll kindly go on if you really want to, but, to be blunt, this is getting bloody ridiculous. We're nitpicking at the very words used in our posts.
