I'm surprised how much I can do with thirty minutes in Photoshop now. Last year around this time I'm pretty sure thirty minutes wouldn't have netted me a waist-up flat-colored character sketch.

... Although they say what they do about quality vs. quantity for a reason. I kind of... hate it, now that I look at it again. Enough to redraw him properly in my sketchbook, actually, which leads me to think about how I'm weirdly improved at anatomy. The nine-head croquis I've been drawing over the past few weeks are all female figures so it doesn't explain anything about suddenly being considerably better with the musculature shown by a bare male midriff. :|

Just woke up from a dream that was some strange cross between Serial Experiments Lain, Yume Nikki, and Paranoia Agent. It was AWESOME.

EDIT: This was followed up by a nap in which Indiana Jones joined a crew of astronauts. They went to a jungle planet that I THINK was supposed to be Neptune, and engaged in battle with aliens wielding blowdarts. They had a vaccine for the poison, but it only worked once. There were no survivors, and I woke up feeling like I had been stabbed all over the place ;_;
Coincidentally, Walrus also had a dream about fighting aliens.

My dreams have been getting weirder and weirder lately. I don't even want to go into Kingdom Hearts 3: Peace Walker.

There was no Uboa, unfortunately. The Yume Nikki aspect was randomly warping to different places that, other than the highways around where I live, were pretty much taken straight from the game.

My life's weird factor has gone from about 42 to over 9000.

The fact that a lot of it is in my head makes it worse.
