I've decided.


I'm going to the Showdown in Stockholm tournament this year. If I really work hard I think I stand a chance of at least getting somewhere near the semi finals, considering I have a 70/30 win streak going on against the guy who won it last year.

Probably because the animations are incredibly smooth by most 2d fighter standards. Admittedly the game itself is pretty low res, and the sprites aren't super detailed, but the animations are fucking excellent (especially considering nearly all of them were done when the game was still a doujin release)

As far as MBAC is concerned, it is probably one of the best 2D fighting games out there.

Unfortunately, if you're bad at fighting games, you're going to be TERRIBLE at MBAC.

Uh. Being bad at 3d fighters or more Capcom styled 2d ones doesn't equate to being bad at MB, although it probably doesn't help.

Unless you're just talking about the whole complete counter setup for everything crap I was spewing earlier, in which case, I guess, because even stuff like SF3 3S has stuff where you're simply going to die if you end up in (like Hadoken Super Cancel. Can't parry both, so you have to block, if your health is too low lol chip damage death)
