Nitori, Hina, Mozimi, Aki, Kanako, are the characters I expect to see in SWR, along with Aya and most if not all of the characters who were in IaMP, but that might be too much to hope :/

But I'm more interested in seeing the next STG :(

If the tradition set in IaMP is continued, the first 3 bosses of any given game will be totally ignored (with the totally awesome exception of Hong Meirin)

Do you not read? Saging does nothing on most english imageboards either (including 4chan), it's mostly used as an expression of distaste for the content of the thread.

I hope SWR fucks itself and dies, Zun dies of blood poisoning, the fanbase all are stuck down with heart attacks, endless remix albums are corrupted, and that all remaining pictures are burnt. All games fade into obscurity but are allowed to remain in existence.

Gradius V had better music, was harder, had better graphics, and better controls than every single Touhou game ever made, as did Einhander, Raiden III, Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga, and god knows what else. And they didn't have recycled, boring, and unnecessary characters.

Heck, if people only cared about strict game play and difficulty, why would any of us care about Riviera?

Besides, IaMP and SWR are fighting games, not SHMUPs.

I play them, I know.


And I'd care because Riviera's pretty unique, has very good art, and has a lot of content for a GBA game. It flows smoothly, doesn't force a rigorous amount of wandering around, etc. Doesn't help you advance, and party members aren't just clones of each other with different sprites.


Excuse me for finding the majority of the games boring as fuck. IAMP however, I give has a lot of depth.

One good game doesn't save a franchise of fail however.
