QUOTE(GameBoo @ Jul 20 2008, 12:08 AM) QUOTE(Yuka @ Jul 19 2008, 04:36 PM) They may be dead, but that doesn't mean people suddenly don't play them anymore. I still find myself going back to play the Pokemons and DWMs on the GBC, and I still have a bucket of GBA games I need to finish playing.
And I still think Asaph has a much better point than the one you're trying to make. People new to video games in those respective generations did play the GBC and GBA.
.............Ok, you have a point there. I'm still playing my Pokemon games for the GBA, and I wish I had a Gameboy Color so I can play the original Mario Tennis and Mario Golf. I lost the GBC and both of my copies of the game. But still, gta back then wasn't a big deal. I think what I'm trying to say is, is that gta today is too graphic compared to what it was back then. You do know the GBA can play GB and GBC games, don't you? EDIT: Oh, I overlooked that you said you lost the games as well, sorry. This post has been edited by P.P.A.: Jul 20 2008, 08:57 AM

I forgot about that. QUOTE EDIT: Oh, I overlooked that you said you lost the games as well, sorry.
Yeah, I was just about to beat the games when I lost them in my mom's ex-boyfriend's truck. I was so upset.

Screw PS3! Ill not waste valuable money on a console system that offers the same thing as PS2 (Though theres the six-axis thingy... wonder where they plucked that idea off??)
Wii is the best! I tried it at my friends house and im gonna save money for it, a PSP, a Nintendo DS, and a high end laptop, in that order.

Here are the reasons why nintendo will continue to make money
1) they're trying to draw in a new audience and if you want to do that you wont Throw a hardcore game at them you would start off casual and worrk your way up
2) Cheaper Games + Little Kids= More Sales
3) With more parents playing games like Wii Fit the wii is almost the easiest thing to do next to dying, but its also complex in its own way
So the PS3 is great too (i want one, but i'm having problems convincing my parents to buy me one) but its too expensive to utilize it to the fullest of its abillities (which is currrently 80gigs) is gonna cost $500.00+ and games are $60 and a second controller is at least $30 together thats almost $600.00 and that price is what puts off a lot of people, while the wii sits at $250.00 and it already comes with a game plus another Wiimote+Nunchuck (bundled together) $20 which collectively comes to $270.00
Now how much would you rather spend:
$600 or $270
