The skirt is really flowing, but her shirt has tight lacings at the sides. Because of her cape, you can't see very well, but she doesn't show much.

Okay, so no one can really prove that Lina is younger. She could just be a very short, very flat, very childish little twenty-year-old for all we know. I'm just stating what I think, okay?
