I didn't think it mattered since I'm, like, the only person who has even beat the game once so far. :(
But anyway,

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS DON'T BRING ANY CARD WITH LESS THAN SIX MOV. So bring your most powerful cards with 6 or more. This is probably the most important thing. Oh, bring Crusade. <_< And then make sure to bring something that you can use to stop the enemy from moving a lot, like Coma Karma or Thunderbolt or Gravity Chaos. I used Gravity Chaos. Actually, you might HAVE to use Gravity Chaos if you want to stop them from moving a lot, because I don't think the other cards have enough MOV to get there.
On your first turn, send someone up with your card of choice (I DID YGGDRA AND GRAVITY CHAOS BECAUSE I AM SILLY) and attack #367. Hopefully whatever card you used has enough power to take off half or more of her morale. Beating her right now is easy as long as you don't get unlucky with a heavy counter. Anyway, she'll unite with other dudes, and you want to curse/sleep/palyze those other dudes so that only the ones outside the union will be able to move. This stops you from getting overwhelmed by them and their ability to use Coma Karma.
#367 will attack on her turn after yours, and she'll probably lose. Again. But that should get rid of all the morale that you CAN get rid of (goo Protect). And then stuff happens. So now, your job is to run. She has too much ATK to die before using Judgement Zero now, and it just happens to do Overkill damage now, too.
Only a few of the Servants will follow you for a while, thanks to status effects. The ones that DO follow you should be used to your advantage. You want to avoid getting into a union with #367 where she'll be the leader at all costs. But it's perfectly fine if she gets into a union with one of the Servants. Win at least one union against her, and get running again. Feel free to leave all non-Yggdras behind to die, if you'd like. Just don't let Yggdra die and don't use Crusade.
By the time you're down to just Crusade, #367 will be at around 3500 morale because she has this lame effect at this point in the battle. And what do you know, that's like, the lowest amount of power Crusade can possibly have at this point. So go attack now. Use Crusade. It'll finish her off. If you fail to use it for some reason (OMG SURPRISE FLASH ATTACK) then you get to start all over unless you know about --------. Although, I never had to make use of that. I thought I was going to have to, but then I managed to use Crusade on #367's turn so I won.
It was fun, the battle was all over the place. :O
