The feelings that I'm something different from others, 'out of the box and group' cool though. You don't know what will happen in the future and that pushes me to go forward.

my life already has value: serving GOD.

You're something different.... that's good, keep moving against the wave, and you will do something different.

It's simple to make an impact to the world, just do something crazy to attract the masses, that's it you done.

Against the wave? Everyone has their own path, there's no one set wave or lifestyle, and if their was, religion would be it.

And different is never good when it comes to society. It's pointless to try to swim against a wave if you don't have the strength.

The fact that my family loves me way more than I deserve, and contrary to what the jerks online say, they would be sad if I killed myself (or died in any other way) and I don't want them to be sad because of me.

Stupid, I know, but that is really the only reason I haven't tried to kill myself. So far, I have no talent, I'm a total moron, and physically I'm worthless. All things I can fix, but I lack the will to do it.

If nothing happens to me to turn my life around before the rest of my close family dies, I will kill myself, and that will be the end.

I can't really answer the two questions.

There are people out there in worse situations than us, and they're smiling.
What gives us the right to end our 'suffering' when others would give anything to be us?

Suicide is something extremely personal though, I don't see how you arrive at the conclusion that because someone else is doing worse than you its worth living.

Suicide is also a highly egotistical action. Many people kill themselves without thinking about the grief and trauma they leave behind in family members and friends.
As such, if your death upsets people, your life prevents this upset and thus keeps them happy (or at least happier than they'd be if you were gone).

You're right, Roukan. Suicidal reflects self-importancy of the person itself.

It's just plainly foolish for a person, in his early age to throw himself from a building and crash down below. In life there's must be ups and downs, and we must face it, it's the fact of life, guys....you can't win all the time, you must lose.

People like this have low self-esteem and self-confidence.... somebody must help people like this.

Hey Enzd, don't give up, there must some hidden talent inside you. Failure at sports, so do I..... you said you're moron, don't say that because you said you can fix stuffs, that means you're good at mechanical related stuffs. Hone that skill while finding your hidden talents and I'm sure you will live a blissful life.

Every guys have the moment when they're lazy, that's okay.....but don't overdo it.

Cheer up, Enzd! Enjoy your life, think about your family members and do something that will make them happy, I'm sure you can change...

Don't lose hope in life!

Frankly, I'm not doing much in life either, I'm not sure where I'm going be either in the future... And I wonder why the heck the world hasn't killed itself yet. I'm simply enjoying myself.

I'm living because there are things I can do. Heck, if my job makes me rich, I'll surely donate part of it to those who need help...

I simply live because I can.

Heck, I don't care about achieving something for the world. If I'm alive and I can help out someone in need in the future, that will be far enough for me.

When I said fix, I was talking about my lack of intelligence or physical lameness, nothing to do with "mechanical related stuffs", which I know nothing about. And again, I lack the will to do such fixing.

I thought about it, and I probably wouldn't tell you guys, so don't worry.

I get up every day looking forward to four things: my friends, my girlfriend, my guitar, and love.

The thing with many of us, is that much is expected of us, and yet we don't deliver. My family expects me to be great at whatever I decide to do. But they aren't there to just carry me. All I ask is their support, no matter how ridiculous the cause or intention.

In truth, the older you get, the less you seem to care about things, and have actual fun, rather than temporary enjoyment. I try to defy that. Sure, I have my bad days, and my depressed days, and even my dark days. But I've never once thought that I was so useless, and uncared for, that I would commit suicide.

In short, what keeps me going is the possiblities of what will happen next, and what I can accomplish, with whomever is at my side.

You're assuming that people in question can care anymore about what other people feel if they are in situations that they would commit suicide in.

Despite it being a "selfish" action so to speak, it boils down to it being their life.

And since everyone seem to bring up "hopes for the future" a lot, what is someone supposed to do if they HAVE none? What do they do if they have no ambitions or goals for later in life, and simply see it as just as incessant working till they can't do anything anymore?

Just because you don't care about other people anymore doesn't mean they aren't there. Let's say a sibling of yours killed themselves, without thinking about the effect on you. Would you be able to deal with it?
There are some more reasons I haven't covered on:
- Pain. Most methods of suicide involve bringing a great deal of pain upon yourself, and a natural survival instinct will stop you from doing this to yourself.
- The unknown. We have no guarantee that what comes after death is better than life, if there is anything there at all. This can prove to be a risk most of us don't want to take.
