I think it should be static. A single change of Pokemon can easily turn the tides of battle. I think if we do this it will be more... fair?

I vote for static. Like the Battle Tower. If you know what Pokemon your opponent will use, and they know what you'll use... You could just keep wanting to change your team to try and counter a specific persons team.
Making a good team is more then just picking good Pokemon, you need to be able to pick one's that protects their allies weaknesses. But that could just because I want to get some nice Battle Tower-esque skill down. Need to make some ubar teams. ~~~  |

It's been decided.
Each participate will use a static team of six Pokemon. You will also be allowed two proxy Pokemon to be exchanged in your team between battles. All Pokemon you intend to use (party and proxy) should be PMed to Chaos Seraph. |

It's going to come up. What about Pokemon recieved via the GTS from Japan, and therefore, have their names in Japanese?

He means don't write the nicknames of your Pokemon. Write the SPIECIES. Like, Darkrai. Not Raijinili.
