Garchomp only? What, as in the only dragon-type one can use is Garchomp, or literally only Garchomp? Sounds interesting, but I'd have to rearrange my team and I don't have a Garchomp. =/

I guess we'll probably have a "no hacked Pokemon or legendaries" tournament and a "do whatever" tournament. Unless nobody cares about one of them.

I don't want hacked pokemon at all. Just because it can lead to things like Spiritomb with Wonder Guard.

What about hacks that only give you what you would've gotten anyway? EV-trained, random IV's, legal moves, no event items or Pokemon.
