Loli can be anything. But I guess her face does look very 'loli', or rather bishojo. But that seems to be the artstyle... Although I guess neither Rosary or Elena look very bishojo.

The filter isn't for Japanese words. It's for Japanese suffixes or end-of-sentence things that shouldn't be used in normal English conversation. Unlike "loli", which is actually a word.
Some examples are I DON'T KNOW JAPANESE BUT I LIKE TO PRETEND I DO!, I DON'T KNOW JAPANESE BUT I LIKE TO PRETEND I DO!, and I DON'T KNOW JAPANESE BUT I LIKE TO PRETEND I DO!. I hope this has been enlightening. ~~~  |

The point is that it's offensive to people who actually speak languages like Chinese and Japanese when other people use their not-words, such as -chan, or -go (older brother in Chinese), just because it's cool and/or to show off their "knowledge" of the language.
