This just goes to show that you didn’t pay attention or read my post. Although it seemed as if I was quoting you, I was actually quoting both you and Sauce and combined your arguments and replied as one. Sauce brought up the sex license, so I was talking to him. Just another example of not using common sense.

Common sense should have told you NOT to quote me and Sauce, who said different things, and then say something that was directed at Sauce. Keep your comments to different people separate if you want people to actually know who you're talking to.

QUOTE
Thus proving my point that twelve year old girls that do not have common sense do not make good parents. Thanks Rhia, you’re on my side! ^^

Thus proving that you have no argument against my point. I win, let's celebrate!

QUOTE
I see you’re still with me. Remember; common sense is what tells you DON’T STAB YOUR CHILD! Oh wait, she’s only twelve, she doesn’t have common sense. Now, follow the chain, who’s responsible for raising such a screwed up twelve year old, the parents. Now we see that common sense is required when raising a child.

1. Stop making stupid generalizations about 12 year olds.
2. Fear tells yout o stab your child, and instinct tells you to pay attention to what fear is saying.
3. Enough of the stupid generalizations. A mother's job is NOT to brainwash her children. It's not the parents' fault if a child is paying attention to something that she has always had and has always listened to.

QUOTE
Oh, now I see the problem. Let me correct a past mistake of mine. What if there was a license to raise a child, not to have a child. You see, two people can easily have a child, but to raise that child is a different story. Giving birth isn’t a problem; it’s raising a child that seems to be the problem. I guess I shoulda explained that a little better when I first said it, that’s what I meant. But I though common sense would have told you that, forgive me…

What a lovely assumption you have, there. There was no mistake. I knew exactly what you were saying and I responded to it. The only other thing I know of is adoption, and I do not consider that a reasonable option, so I never brought it up. I'm sorry that common sense didn't tell you about all the psychological issues that often come with being put up for adoption.

QUOTE
*facepalmsigh* I’m seriously going to ask this question seriously because I’m really serious. Do you guys deliberately take everything serious I say as a joke and take my jokes seriously? You’ve argued with me enough to know that I’m a wise ass. So what’s the problem? Or were you joking around as well Rhia, in that case, we both need to work on our sense of humor. ^^

No, I wasn't joking. I didn't think somebody would lack so much common sense that they didn't know not to make a joke when they knew they were in a discussion about such a serious issue.

[well that changed quick...]

where to begin.....

A child born by a twelve year old girl is most likely an ACCIDENT. A girl so young might think "Oh, my parents are going to kill me. I'll have to keep this secret... and maybe kill the baby, too. Otherwise they might somehow find out." Have you not heard of all these stories of babies being tossed into dumpsters by unwanting young mothers, or that one baby who was stabbed more than one hundred times by her mother? These are done by young mothers who did not want the child.

Thus proving my point that twelve year old girls that do not have common sense do not make good parents. Thanks Rhia, you’re on my side! ^^

Ya know I read this twice and I don't see how that proves your point however,

2. Fear tells you to stab your child, and instinct tells you to pay attention to what fear is saying.

So now everyone who listens to their instincts has no common-sense?

As for the whole justice and penal systems, they work fine, and the reason there are criminals who don't get caught is due to a number of reasons namely that they just aren't dumb enough to get caught, of course most people only ever hear of the cases the make it onto the news so the thousands of un-solved cases go relatively un-noticed. In the end I personally feel that the justice system and laws in general are a product of human greed. Ex: Someone's house is robbed, the victim wants "justice" which means the capture of the "criminal" the retun of the items or "fair" compensation, and the imprisonment of the "criminal" who might of been just a poor or homeless guy in need money and resources, yet hes now in prison, living out his 20 year sentance, in constant fear, and pain, for stealing $5,000 worth of items, he will never recover mentaly, and will have an extremely difficult time finding a place to live or work due to his record, supporting of course that he even makes it out of pirson in the first place. The reason? The "victim" was un-able to protect his/her items/self and feel helpless, by turning to authority they can get their revenge and feel good about condemning each other to prison or death.

As for the shootings, well for a while (probably a month or two) people will pay attention to the warning signs but in due time they will just not care and it will happen again, again, and again and there is really nothing anyone can do about it...

QUOTE(Sturm)
Marriage is rarely about sharing belongings; it's more about certain rights like inheritance and decisions of incapacitation.
Ownership usually only matters legally if the spouses are separated somehow, which is in those cases and divorce. Otherwise, how can you say that, legally, they're not sharing belongings?
QUOTE(Ryo)
Then how would know if I had a child?
Actually, it's REALLY obvious.
QUOTE(Ryo)
There’s a movie like this, I forget what it’s called, it an old one. But it’s a movie that’s not too far becoming true. I’ll find the name and post it, you should watch it and expand your imagination.
There are also many stories of dystopia in which that PRECISE law is in place. Movies ... ack, incredible CTS pain. reply later
