Take a look and what do you see? LINK

An art style that looks very familiar.

But FPRPG's interest me somewhat, seeing as how I like morrowind.

BECAUSE VAL'S A JERK WHO PUTS TOO BIG IMAGES HERE

OMG IT'S YGGDRA.

That is not Yggdra in any way, val.
Yggdra doesn't even wear armor, her hair is longer and more decorated, she has no shield, and her sword is at least ten times as big as that.
Like Guts' sword huge.

Yeah, really Val. That looks NOTHING like Yggdra. And your images are too large!

Not odd because the battles look like they're in the first person view.

The name of the game is 'YGGDRASIL LABYRINTH'.

According to Gonintendo at least.

The only FPRPG I've played was Earthbound. >.> Although it had absolutely weird, psychodellic backgrounds XD

Anyway, yeah. The only relation I can see is vaguely similar (And I stress vaguely) character art and the use of the word Yggdrasil.

Earthbound was not an FPRPG.

Okay okay. It's a normal RPG but the battle system was in first person. <.<

So, like, I've been playing the import of this game which Atlus USA will be releasing this summer under the moniker "Etrian Odyssey", and it's fun. A little description: It's a first person RPG, with no "real" narrative, in which you explore a recently discovered MASSIVE dungeon, a hundred or so floors deep, drawing your own maps which take up a lot of space, adding notes and shit, and making your own party up to take you in deeper, to fulfill quests and missions given to you at the bar and other places, etc etc. All in all, fun game.
I'll post my current party a little later (you will want to see), but, after eight or so hours of play time, I've only completely filled out the first floor map - or maybe not, maybe another floor of the dungeon will have a staircase up to a secluded area of it. :/

Darn you and your ability to import.

So, it's sort of like a dungeon crawler, but from the first person point of view and more 'quest'-based or something? That's what I'm gathering from your post right now.

Anyone can import, especially with handhelds which are region free.

Anyways, yes, it is indeed a dungeon crawler.

Well, to be more specific, darn you and your ability to afford to import things. My mom won't let me buy anything online. ._.

Well if it ever comes stateside, I might check it out.
