So, has anyone else gotten this game yet? If you haven't and you are a Final Fantasy fan, then go get it soon. This is my personal favorite FF game, and it has one of the best class systems I have seen in any video games.

Me, I'm right before the final area, raising up my job levels the easy way. Objet D'Arts. 4 ABP for 2, 8 for 5. And I have ABP plus, so it's an insane increase.

I have it on Final Fantasy Anthology for the PSOne. I'm trying to get to the Earth Crystal, but that boss in that flying ship of doom keeps kicking my ass every time I go to fight it. WHICH IS NOT ALL THAT OFTEN.

Hmm, looks good, but I haven't got around to playing it yet. I plan on getting it soon. I'm not a real fan of FF, just a few titles catch my interest, this being one of them. But I'll take your word on it until then.

I've never played it, but is the job system anything like the one in FFTactics?

Is this the one where you start off in the woods with a chocobo? If so, I've played it once on SNES. I got to the last boss, and the game itself was really fun. I never killed the last boss though.

I TOTALLY SUPPORT THE LOVE THAT IS FINAL FANTASY V.

Though, it isn't my favorite FF game, but I still love it. The job system is the best part. You get to learn skills from other classes and get to use them when you change jobs. And once you master them all, you can go back to being the default Freelancer class and have EVERY SINGLE ABILITY available to you.

That and there's some really good songs in the game (Battle with Gilgamesh aka Clash on the Big Bridge, My Home Sweet Home, etc).

Character development took a step backwards from FF4, I think, but they're still enjoyable. Bartz is a loveable idiot, Lenna is... a princess, Galuf is a kick-ass old man, Krile is adorable and will scold you for being childish despite she's the youngest character, and Faris is most likely the best character in the game.

I recommend getting the GBA version, since it loads faster than the PSX one, AND has better translations (Faris actually talks somewhat normally! GASP!)

That's my two cents, anyway~

You should say so, Krile. That's where your username is from. |D

But yes, FFV is awesome. ^_^;; You left out that Gilgamesh is 500% pure love.

Gilgamesh is extrodinarily lame.

This game is fun though. By no means my favourite.

Gilgamesh is one of the most hilarious bad guy lackeys I have seen in games since Lufia. He reminds me of Gades, which is always good. I heart Gades.

And Clash on the Big Bridge is the best BGM I've heard in an FF game yet. ^_^;;
