The files are not actually in a ZIP. The extension is .RAR, and you you the program WinRAR to decompress them. Google it and you'll be able to download a fully serviceable trail version.
It says it's in a ZIP but it's actually not? Strange. I didn't have any problems downloading it, but then again, I have both PKZip and the universal winRAR installed on my PC...
