I guess it's nice to surf the internet on your couch or in your bed without having to go to your computer.

...No, it's not. I don't see the point of taking the internet away from the computer, but that's just me. Maybe there's such a thing as being "too connected".

I UH. Uh. Uh... Gee. That's.. um... nice? XD. I don't have a cellphone anyways. I don't really see the point of making a cellphone version, either.

WAIT. It's to be more PORTABLE!
Wait- no! Uhh... More... portable than for GBA/PSP? Waaaiiiitt.

Yeah. I don't really see the point of making a cellphone version.

I agree with Ash and Liger, this is stupid. How many MORE portable Riviera games are we going to get? Sheesh!

I dunno, I think it's nice, I sometimes get lazy, stay in bed and check my email, surf the web on my PSP, but that's just me. Besides surfing the internet is just an extra feature on these devices, you don't have to use them.

And they're free services too. Well, I know the Wii's internet is, atleast.

You do need to have a wireless router and an internet connection already established, so it's not exactly free. Unless you leech off of your neighbor's unprotected wireless connection >_> or go to Wi-fi hot spots.

Notebooks are far better suited for this, especially since the three consoles I know that have web browsers don't have qwerty keyboards.

Technology is no longer a luxury; it’s an excuse to get fat. *joke* I don’t see the point in making Riviera even more portable. It’s no easier to hold a GBA or PSP than it is to hold a cell phone, except the screen is smaller, therefore making it less enjoyable. The last thing people who are that lazy or obsessed need is more convenience, although it’s nice to have, it’s ruining our world! *over dramatic…*

So this is basically the exact same game made for GBA, just smaller, and more compact, without any exclusive contents? Well, I'm sure there are people who would like this game on their cellphone, since not everyone carries a Gameboy Advance around with them all day. There are probably many more people with easier access to a cellphone than to a GBA, so this game isn't a complete failure.

You could say that cellphones are like oxygen to American people, too.

I don't have one, and at this point I don't really care. I already have RiviGBA and have put a lot of work into it, and even if I did want it on my nonexistent cellphone, I would just have to fill up the Item Manual again. Bleh.

I just don't see the point.

No, you couldn't.

The point was in my post; cellphones are oxygen to the Japanese populace. Everyone has a cellphone in Japan. Not everyone has a GBA. Getting the picture?

Pretty much everyone in America has a cellphone. My teacher proved it in class by asking everyone who had one to take it out. Just about 80% of our 30 student class had one, some had TWO cellphones. <_<

Although judging from anime, I'd have to say Japan probably has more cellphone users if little girls are using them to text at the speed of light... <_<;

lol, yeah, 80% from a class of 30 is some hardcore proof that "Pretty much everyone in America has a cellphone." Besides, how old are you? Also, where do you live? To some, especially young, impressionable teens, having a cellphone is a status symbol. Of course they're going to have one if they wanna' be cool.
