The game is actually on the PS2

You create fields and dungeons on your PC. These appear as special servers. This may have been cut out.

It's never coming out here.

It's the same as the normal PS2 .hack games, except of course you play online and you can create a custom character.

It's still just a boring hack and slash dungeon grind.

It is never coming out here.

Is that enough information?

I think they also shut down the servers in Japan. Seems it didn't last as long...

But I would be so cool if they did a The World: R2 version!

If GU sells well enough, maybe they'll consider it.

But I doubt it.

They won't. And you know why?

Because the game is a pile of horseshit, even moreso than the .hack main games.

I loved the .hack R1 games, but the gameplay system got boring fast, and basically:

.hack R1 games + multiplayer - story = Fragment

I haven't played GU vol. 1 yet, but I've heard it's much better then the R1 games.

Vol. 1 is much better and there's much more events in the game than before. Of course, for me, it feels more like an introduction, but from what I see in the trailers, Vol. 2 and 3 are gonna be great.

Despite what may think a certain someone who hate almost everything...
