Subject beginning to show clear signs of mental instability, the symptoms of which are illustrated below:

-Has recently developed a bizarre fixiation with the words "conundrum" and "ithsmus". Attempts to integrate them into sentences whenever possible, even if inappropriate.

-Beginning to hang pictures of anime females on cell walls. How the pictures are acquired is unknown, but he is intensely protective of them, particularly one he refers to as simply "Serene".

-Frequently holds loud, obnoxious conversations with self at extremely late hours.

-Is convinced that he is a fictional character. Speaks directly to one of the walls of his cell, as though attempting to break the proverbial fourth wall.

-Prone to sudden, drastic shifts in personality.

-Constantly hums tune to Queen hit "Don't Stop Me Now" when his injections are administered.

-Has been caught attempting to eat his pants. When asked by an orderly why he was doing so, subject replied "I hate this damn commercial" and suplexed said orderly into the wall.

Suggested course of action: Dispose of test subject #023 at 0700 tomorrow.

UPDATE

Disposal unsuccessful. Upon being dragged out of cell by orderlies, subject proceeded to shout "I'm the goddamn Batman", broke free of his restraints, and escaped the compound.
