It's not so much a programming language as a program that creates another program for you.

:< I'm taking it in school right now. And then next semister I can take JAVA.

It's boring. I dislike that DIM thing. And conditions. Especially the looping conditions.

I'm learning JAVA right now on college.

I like to do those useless programs that the teacher asks.

Java at least gives you some actual programming experience.

I'm taking C++ next semester, and then Java next year.

I've actually found VB to be somewhat fun to mess around with. I've created a few basic games with it, and I plan on expanding one of them.

We were arguing about which was worse, not which was worse to learn.

Java, at least, is cross-platform.

Java at least gives you some actual programming experience.

Any language gives you "Actual" programming experience. Or you need define actual at least.

Anyone who has MS Office has VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) which is sort of like Visual Basic.

Doesn't Visual Basic use things like dragging windows into a program and stuff, as opposed to having to write code for it?
