BTW, doesn't flooding with Mechs/Infantry take a HELL of a long time? I haven't actually tried myself yet...i just go for Neotanks...

It depends HOW you're flooding. If you sit and build your army just across the river from where the enemy lies still, then it can take a hell of a long time. If you're popping them in transport vehicles and sending them over as they're made, then it can be faster if the enemy isn't killing them that quickly.

hmm...would Sturm be good for the mech/infantry floods? Since Sturm ignores the speed decrease of features but still get the defense pionts...

No, he wouldn't. Sturm has decreased defense in exchange for increased offense, meaning his infantry would die faster.

The descriptions rarely do. On the very last screen on CO intel, there's a page showing increases/decreases for units.

His Super CO Power makes his troops nearly invulnerable and makes his weakness not so obvious. The fact that he has no terrain costs and superior firepower MAKES you think he's all-powerful.

But then, his defense isn't as horrible as Grimm's, so you probably couldn't have figured it out unless you did some testing.

What are hachi's powers/abilities?
I never bothered to get him in AW2, and haven't gotten to him yet in AWDS.

Hachi's day-to-day power is a 10% discount off to all units, like Colin's 20% discount, but Hachi doesn't suffer any firepower or defensive penalties. His CO Power makes the discount higher to 50% off all units, and his Super CO Power does the same, except you can build ANY land units on ANY of your cities. Planes and ships will still have to be built on airports and ports respectively.

see? I'd say Hachi is a fairer version...whichever one is better is not me to know, but seeing thet Hachi's CO powers might be only good for predeployed maps, (because those maps have no bases) and Colin's CO power can either DOUBLE your money two-three turns in a row or can make your units stronger depending on how much money you have, that Colin may just be better then Hachi...
