I'm not sure this is on topic but...
I have a dilemma: I live in the US and have no idea how to pre-order the psp version, but I desperately want it. So does anyone know how I can do this or is it impossible?? What chance is there for a PSP emulator in the foreseeable future when there's not even a decent N64 emulator?

It's not only a matter of the emulators, but what's required to run them decently.
