So, right when you start BF27-3, it should look like this.
 Note that the cursor is on the town. Now, I go to choose my card, in this case Steal.   Now notice how the town is now missing. Weird, huh? Unless its supposed to happen and I just don't know it... ~~~ [20:15] Irysa: I hate myself

Well, I don't remember, but I know that you can only (usefully) interact with that building at nighttime.

I don't know. The thing is, whether it's supposed to stay there or not, I don't think anything is even said on that square if you land there at noon/evening, same with the opposing night-only square.

I figured that out soon after I made my above post, nothing happens if you land there in noon/evening, but at night you get the card.
So this probably isn't a glitch then, but knowing why makes me wonder why I saw it at noon in the first place. ~~~ [20:15] Irysa: I hate myself

Well, night changes to noon. It's not technically noon until you choose your card (that's why skeletons don't fall asleep until you choose your card).

I guess that'd also explain why you don't fire cannons until you pick your card, and other stuff like that.
