They aren't screwing up any program. They design the standards, not put them in the browsers. It's like a level designer for a game rarely touches any code.

Well in case you did not read the news thread, there are currently two styles up (though I have yet to check the other one for any problems), and anybody can feel free to submit banners or style sheets to be used on the site.

Err.. that's what I meant by stylesheet maker actually. Just a box where you input CSS, and an option to 'import' a pre-made CSS's code into that box for editting.
