When you play a game, what do you really look for? Do you look for adventure? Romance? How about a thrill? There's alot of games out there, and some are ones that deserve recognition for being a game that really touched you, or showed you that challenge, or the story was so brilliant.
This is where the meaning of this topic comes into play.
Post a game that you really love playing, and give a brief desription of what it is and what it's about.
I'll start this off.
Game: Earthbound Genre: RPG Players: 2 (If you plug in the second controller, you can actually control the party, thus it is a 2 player game in my eyes. I always play with my friends like this.) Reason for this being my favorite: The game really thrilled me and it always will thrill me. Why, may you ask? It's a very original game, based on modern times. It's a game that about 30,000+ people treasure, and even though it's graphics dont come up to par with alot of other games, it still has a place in my heart. Description of Game: The game is about a boy named Ness who lives in Onett, Eagleland. He wakes up to a loud noise outside, and finds out that a meteorite has crashed on a hill close to his home. When he goes back to sleep, he awakes to his friend, Pokey, asking for help to find his brother, Picky. When they get to the meteorite and get Picky, they hear a noise. Light emits from the meteorite and Buzz Buzz, "not a bee", introduces himself, and tells Ness his destiny. Thats where his story begins.
