Ignoring a key element of the battle system is a horrible idea. First, you'll have to deal with the battle penalty, and then you will find yourself unable to take advantage of it since, you know, you'll only be using one unit. And bridges aren't exactly common.

The topic is about morale problems with the first BF's. Milanor's silver moon prevents battle penalty and in the first levels with Ishiene or Eudy, it's easier to attack alone. Yeah later you can union with your dear grandma .. äh Rosary a little, but it shouldn't be so difficult to find that out.
Anyway it's a question of the favorite strategy. You like to union everybody, I love going solo and another one is happy with the skeletons. Everyone can do what he likes till he dies. Amen.

I mentioned the battle penalty because of your little "HEY LET'S USE DURANT ONLY" idea. Milanor's initial equipment having no battle penalty doesn't have anything to do with Durant.

And sure, using only one character can be useful sometimes, but most of the time it's more beneficial not to.

I never said I liked to union with everyone. I was saying that telling her to avoid using unions is not good advice.

I'm not sure why you bothered to quote what I said, since it has absolutely nothing to do with that, but yes. It's just a harmless glitch. Yggdra Union is filled with them.
