All Bosses promoted with silver or better weapons and start at 80 hp with better all around stats. Normal Enemies start with 30hp and also have boosted stats. FE8-> balanced the stats of characters so battles can be more fair in vbalink Advance Wars 2-> Eagle has been uberfied. all units have 10+ movement, instacapture abilities, ignores terrain, FREE Uber units, and a one star Super CO Power are a few changes... I love novelty hacks Games I might make hacks of in the future As of now none. But I want to hack a few maps into the AW2 hack. Death Cannon Assault... whee.
