THE HALF WAY POINT AND BY THAT I MEAN EPISODE 30ISH SO NOT REALLY HERE'S AN AWFULLY VERY POIGNANT AND DEEP ACADEMIC ANALYSIS OF EUREKA SEVEN THUS FAR
Everyone stopped yelling random things out in English, except in English. Except the guy who thinks it's okay to use phrases like "my wife" as a noun. The whole English phrase as a Japanese noun. But he also wasn't really yelling.

I don't know what you're actually expecting from this post but I was forced to actually post something, so here's a thing.
EUREKA SEVEN IS A NICE STORY ABOUT SURFING ROBOTS PILOTED BY FLOWERS AND/OR BOYS. THE SURFING ROBOTS ALSO PREFER NOT TO BE NAKED EVEN THOUGH SURFING WITH YOUR CLOTHES ON IS DANGEROUS. IT IS ALSO ABOUT ADOLESCENCE, BUT NOT IN FLCL'S DEPRESSINGLY STATIC WAY WHERE YOU ARE JUST EXPERIENCING IT AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH EVERYONE SAYING "BUT Y'KNOW, YOU'RE JUST A KID" WHENEVER YOU TRY TO BE VERY GROWN UP. INSTEAD PEOPLE ARE JUST SORT OF GROWING UP THROUGH MISTAKES AND NONMISTAKES, AND REALIZING WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO THEM, LIKE MAKING SURE THE ROBOTS ARE ALL NAKED AND TO STOP AND SMELL THE FLOWERS AND NOT BEING A BOY WHO PUKES, AND REALIZING THAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A STUPID NAME YOU'RE MORE LIKELY TO GROW UP TO BE AN ASSHOLE WHO PUNCHES LITTLE BOYS.
In other words, it's not too late for Renton to become Cure Dream. He just needs to wear that dress tonight. Then he will grow up to be a cool little girl who punches monsters, not little boys!
