how to delete the post that you have reply in the forum ?

Normal members can't delete their posts, but you can edit your posts if they say things that you don't want them to say. And if you really want us to delete one of your posts, you can contact a mod or admin and ask them to do it, or just edit your post and say "I want this to be deleted" or something.

By the way, we don't care about accidental double posts. In fact, we don't even care about double posts unless the second post was pointless but still intentional. You're not going to get in trouble, and stuff.

ohh ok thk ^^ sry that i put this in other topic because i did't know about ''Site Suggestions, Questions, and Whinings'' but by the way who or what is a ''mod or admin'' ?

A moderator or administrator. They have powers to do stuff normal members can't, and stuff. In the Site and Forum FAQ, the very first thing lists the current mods and admins.

You can also scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "The Moderating Team" to see the list.
