It appears that OOM and Scramble!, the two fansubs who are currently working on this anime, are experiencing delays for episode 12.
The big man of OOM spearheading his project said that he'll be taking his exams. This means DELAYS. Scramble!, another fansub group, aren't showing any movement (mainly because neither Sturm nor I had the courage to visit thier channel and freakin' ask them about it) in releasing a subbed version of either episode 11 or 12. On a side not, episodes 11 and 12 are supposed to be a one-hour special. Maybe Scramble! is doing both of them, taking their sweet time. On the other hand, OOM is probably just too busy at this time to be doing any progress with the second half... YOU KNOW WHAT?! Ignore this thing. Sturm told me to do this, so I can crush you, val.
