Actually Skadi can be won through Malice V2 if you S-rank her. To get the hairband, you have to A-rank her. Regardless, if you S-rank her in V3 if you already did it in V2, you'll always get the Hairband. So you can get 1 in either battles, but not both at once.
As for Ledah, a level 3 overskill works too. And my advice. don't use Einherjar. It gets in the way.
Lineup
1-2 formation
Ein Fia/Cierra Serene
Weapons
Zephyr Pheonix rod/Clene Met Silver moon Infinite Arc/Blue Stinger (If you got it) /Kikuichimonji (If you want to use it here, go ahead, I won't stop you)
First part of the battle is simple. lower his HP down to 25%. Use the Zephyr's level 3 overskill to heal as you won't be needing healing items if you do. If you forced him into overdrive, good, he should use it. The point being is that if he uses his overskill, then he will have bought you at least 55 points worth of time. The last part is more difficult. Make sure that either Ein or Serene is able to move at least twice. (can be either or both but settling for either works out too.) Fia or Cierra don't matter. If they can move too, fine. just dwindle his HP down to an amount where there is a good chance that the overskill will hit. Then use it. The key here is to get his HP low enough so that you can kill him in one turn while maintaining a fast speed record. Use high powered items but do not use what you may need in the future like the Fanelia or Longinus. It kills in one turn but it won't give you an S-rank.

Blue Fool and Red Sage are kind of dependant on each other (if you have an easy time with one, you'll probably have a hard time with the other), but I've gone over this time and time again on this board, previous incarnations of this board, and GFAQs. The easiest way to defeat the Archangel, is to bring Iria's Bow, and use it with Ein, Fia and Lina, and when you're at Level 3, and the angel is at around 2000-3000 HP left (depending on how well Lina is trained) use Barrage.

Oh, it wouldn't be too hard to S-rank them on a replay now, I'm sure. I was using Ein/Serene/Fia for the whole game on the first playthrough. My characters had some trouble doing any kind of damage to Archangel, making it the most drawn out battle in the game. Blue Fool was similar. Red Sage...mm, I don't exactly recall why I didn't S-rank that. Played too defensively, I guess: the chapter 4 sub-bosses seemed to have rather high damage compared to anything else in the game.

Thanks. I'll try that. I don't have any ice weapons left on Cierra, so I'll use Serene and Fia.
EDIT: Would you belive it, I switched Fia for Cierra on the 5th try, and had her use Blue Stinger instead, and Cierra OWNED Ledah. LOL
