GameSpot editors decided to give Best RPG to Dragon Quest 8, and Best GBA Game to Minish Cap instead of Riviera. However, voting for Reader's Choice has opened, and Riviera can be voted for in the following categories: Make sure to vote soon, and vote hard, so Riviera gets some well deserved recognition.

Yes, that's why when you click on an account at GFAQs, it will sometimes say that you can't see it because it's a Gamespot account.
