My computer has 120 GB, while I have an External HardDrive that has 40 GB. I frequently reformat my computer though, I don't know why. Strange habit.

I draw a lot though, and sometimes photoshop files can reach 20 MB each, now imagine all the Ledah Bath Scene images I'm trying to draw at that size...

I have an 80GB inside my laptop, and two 40GB inside a private file server under my desk. I would format often (goes faster) but it takes so long to return all my files to my computer.

dude, i partitioned it in half.

that means, if i get a virus on one side of the partition, i'll just reformat that corrupted paartition and then replace it with the uncorupted side. and it'll then return to normal.

it'll return to normal, offcourse, if you saved all your files before the infection.

Oh I see. I'm content with my 37 GB's, its not like I'm going to use it all anyway. Where do you get a 80 GB LAPTOP?

It came standard. However, with my growing taste in music, I'm finding that it might not be enough.
I could have upgraded it to 120GB, but I didn't think I'd need that much.

(It's an Apple PowerBook)

Hmm thats a cool laptop you got. Mine has broke down 3 times excluding the beyond erractic mouse & an odd wireless connection. All I had to do was turn it on, and POOF. I have "Great Quality" laptop. The next time half of GFaqs tells someone to stay from fry's I'll listen.

You mean stay "away" from Fry's?

The last thing I've heard about them is that they they've been going down because of their negligence in customer service.

Yeah I was typing to fast....I went there to see if they would replace my faulty power cord yeah, the ORIGINAL one. I talked to the guy at the front desk in electronics he said that they weren't even made anymore ... but he said we could get our current cord tested at the front of the store. So my dad and I walk up there and the service guy says it $30. So we just left, however in the corner of my dad's eye he saw some universal cords that had my laptop brand. BUT in the end, I STILL had to take it to the computer shop up the street. There goes $100...

I heard of a 1 TB HD being made, but I can't confirm if it's legitimate information or not..

There are already 1TB harddrives, but they're expensive as all hell.
