Defeating Rosary on BF 8-2 Options

Any advice on the best way to defeat Rosary on Battlefield 8-2 (if one should at all)? If I don't beat her here, will I still be able to get the lucky broom on BF 10?

Actually, the first thing I do on that map (in 8-1) is to steal the Lucky Broom. It has the nice bonus that you fight the Golem too, so that it will go down in your next attack. Save the Steal card in 8-2 for Russell.

No, that's stupid. Steal from Mizer, Rosary and Russell at the same time, or make them drop the items with LUK (or Four Leaf Clover.)

Eh? Why is it? You are using Steal before the card refresh, stealing from the highest LUK enemy in the map AND let Milanor do other things in 8-2. You get an item, send your first strike against the Golem* and a good chance to defeat Rosary and do a bit of damage before the next part of the BF. For 8-2 you now have now one less item to worry about; Nietzsche (High LUK) and Durant (Four Leaf Clover) in Union with Yggdra in the lower part of the map can handle both forces in a short time, just watch out for Russell Item Break and Mizer's Bandit.


Milanor can now relax and get both itmes for the villages. Use him only to defeat Rosary and get her Make Doll card. Give the MVP bonus to someone OTHER than Milanor.

*Milanor can then go and block the path to the other Golem/Defeat it.

Stealing thrice will not give Milanor the MVP, especially since he's wont to lose to Russell.
And if you want to give the MVP to someone else, Yggdra is good for this since she can easily take out the Golems. I guess you didn't notice her effect.

Another good reason not to use to much the Steal card, if you do it badly in the charge/counter you might not have a chance to Steal*. Better meake him drop the item, save the rep and the moral for another day and the Steal card, now in 8-2, to move you other units in position.

*Alternatively, there are few things like sending someone from Hero to Zero in a Charge.... That was great Milanor BUT I WANTED TO STEAL THE F%#@%[^ ITEM!!

REP is useless in the early stages, and you don't need to have high Morale.
And if you miss one steal, as you said, LUK drop.
