First off, who has seen it?

Now, despite the description I gave, this is actually the best movie I've seen all year.

It takes place in early to late 60s, and it's a story of friendship, love, growing apart, and staying together during the Vietnam War.

Though the story is a bit cliche, it is all forgiven when you hear the music, which are all covers of Beatles songs, which are an integral part of the story, as their titles and underlying themes are used for many of the film's scenes and settings.

Yes... it's a musicial. So the fuck what. If you liked Grease, Hair(which it shares many similarities with), or West Side Story, which are the reigning muscials of their time, then you'd like this. Or at least find it interesting. It's been released internationally as of now, so go check it out.

I love muscials and I love the Beatles, which is why this appealed to me.

I know Asaph won't want to see it though.

Why wouldn't I?

Just because I think the Beatles are fucking overrated doesn't mean I wouldn't want to see a decent movie.
