So, who else saw this, most awesome actiony-film of the year? I loved this movie, did I mention it was very actiony? I probably did, but...Well, I'd like it if you saw the movie yourself and judged it.

Is it really good? I don't know if I want to see it; I'm worried that they'll put too much attention on the human actors as compared to the REAL main characters. D:

It is DAMN good. There is nice character development for the Autobots, though...the Decepticons seem a bit bland, save Megatron.

It's good. Although, at times during the movie, it will feel a bit disappointing because it just hit you that the Autobots are really just support characters.

I was a huuuuuge Beast Wars fangirl back in the day. Not so much Transformers, but very much Beast Wars, so I got a bit used to not having any annoying humans around to take the spotlight off the real heroes. I just worry 'cause in every live-action movie I've seen that has human and non-human characters, all the attention ALWAYS winds up on the humans.
And it ALWAYS felt to me like the Decepticons were all flat characters except for Megatron, in every Transformers show I bothered to watch. But then, I didn't watch much Transformers. ('Cause I was a Beast Wars fangirl.) ~~~ |

If there are humans in it, it fails.
Starscream was literally the only Decepticon that ever developed at all in any of the shows, aside from possibly Scorpinoc ( sp? ). The Autobots weren't AS bad, but still pretty bad. And this only happens with humans in it. I have to agree with Feral, Beast Wars, and all animal type Transformers Shows were largely superior to the originals. ~~~ [13:27:43] [Sabator] peter would be the worst batman ever though. Beast Machines was trippy. And not as good as Beast Wars. But I still liked it.
