How many times have you done it, and how did you manage to do it? I've only done it once, with Serene and Fia since Lina died..
I equipped them with Einherjar, Grand Sabre, Infinite Arc, and Pheonix Wand. The rest is pretty much self explainatory. Ein attacks with Einherjar and Divine Ascension when Seth-Rah is red, and Serene attacks with Serene Absolute when he's blue. When he turns red again, I use Diaresta. S Rank. ^_^

Anyways, I'd like to know how you people did it.

I had the Fanelia, Zeprhy, longius and the Einher Jar, sinple fanelia, longius, Zeprhy until I get a lvl 3 OS then I use the Einher Jar Exl... that was a fast kill... for others I idn't have fanelia or longius, but was expiramenting... he takes a good 5-20 min to beat maybe less...

Eh, Seth-Rah doesn't take THAT long to beat. Zephyrus is useless unless Seth-Rah changes forms. This is probably one of the rare battles where Rosier actually becomes useful, but that's mostly because Seth-Rah hardly changes form against me. Cierra's level 1 OS does quite a bit of damage and Fia can just attack normally to build the OD bar. Sticking Fia in the front row is advised because Seth-Rah seems to always attack the person in the back row.

Disaresta for the 4000+ damage finisher.

On all of my playthroughs I just walk in with Longinus and Fanelia, and Einherjar just in case. Have Ein attack with Longinus, then on his next turn use Fanelia, and if Seth-Ra is still alive, blow it away with a Disaresta. Easy S-Rank on the final boss. XD

Not "just-in-case."
If you want to S-Rank Seth-Rah, the Longinus and Fanelia CAN NOT kill Seth-Rah.

Yeah, but I usually don't try to S-Rank Seth-Ra, its pointless after you S-Rank it once.

If you're trying to go for maximum points, then you'd want to S-Rank every battle.

I've only actually completed the game once so far, but I S-ranked Seth-Rah on my first (and only) try. Fia had been sacrificed, so I used Serene and Lina, and as far as I can remember, I used the Fanelia on my first turn with Ein, then for the rest of the battle I just had Ein use Einherjar, Serence Use Eternal Arc, and Lina use Diana's Bow (I think it was Diana's Bow; it was the best bow), using Level Thre Over skills whenever the meter filled up. Then I finished her off with Disaresta. I don't think she changed form once during the battle.

Ein, Fia and Lina in the Back.
Stardust, Cadenza and a Disaresta to finish.
Simple.
Come to think... I have never used a potion in the entire game.

Liar. You're forced to use a potion during the second battle.

I've beaten Seth-Rah just with Einherjar , Infinite Arc , Diana's Bow , and Cheer Bell .

As long as you use Cheer Bell , she cant use Ragnarok or Armageddon .

Or I've tried with this : Einherjar , Infinite Arc , Zephyr , and Diana's Bow

It's useless to have Cheer Bell if you can just attack Seth-Rah when it changes modes to the Element Weakness . Then you can pummel her with your Zephyr , use Mimic Ray , then heal all of your characters

I don't use the Longinus or Fanelia on Seth-Rah any more. The battle ends much faster than it should.

I usually bring the following If I have Serene, Cierra, or Fia to choose for the battle:

Gran Sabre
Rosier
Infinite Arc (or Southern Cross If Serene's not there)
Elixir
