I've been at like 1000% since forever. Does it ever go down, or what? What happens when it fills up, do I get to use my special move?

It goes down after two months have passed, or whenever the admin or moderator feels like removing it.

This, however, does not include various things like two separate warnings. For example, if you got warned in November and then in December, your November one goes away in January, but not your December one.

I'm at 60%. I guess 40% was for posting messages, and 20% was for some lame thing I don't remember. The thing is, I've had that first 20% since Sep 3 2006, 12:24 PM.

That's more than two months.

That's why I said "or whenever the admins or mods feel like removing it"

No, you haven't. I removed that when you started posting again. That 20% that's there now is from December 27th, 2007.

Note also that bothering us about your warn level will not only lead to us not reducing your warn level but also increase your warn.

Any more whining from you will result in more warns.

Oh! Well that clears that up. I wish there was a way to tell, I wouldn't have to look so dumb asking.

I'm not whining, I asked an honest question, Ash.
