Since everyone seems to ignore my thread, I decided to post this here again.

Could someone please translate what the text around the top right table and in the bottom one means?

Thanks in advance.

Top-right: How to determine your item rank (it counts item uses).

Bottom: Table of item values to determine the value for each item in each chapter. It's in Item Manual order.

First item: Einherjar
First item with 300s: Rosier
Item with 30-2-30 in the last columns: Southern Cross

First item on second section of list: Holy Book of Kirie (or something, I forgot the name)
Item with straight 10's: Fire Orb (weakest one)
Item with a bunch of 50's: Mr. Bat

First item on third part: Dragon Steak
Item with 30's starting from chapter 2: Hammer
Item with 40's from chapter 2: Tarot

Aaah, thanks a lot, Rai. :D
So you get points for carrying around items with high values?
Now that makes sense to me. Until now I thought it was about how many items were in your inventory. XD
