I'm hearing about how some games will be region locked and only playable on certain 3DS, while others may not be region locked. The official statements out there are pretty vague.

I am so completely screwed for this week. I stayed up until 4:30AM this morning working on a design for our first big coding assignment, and even after working on it for 12 hours, it's still only about half done. I'm hoping this isn't a large part of our grade because I am so dead tired and it's due in one hour.
Of course, after that I get to worry about the other four assignments I have that are due this week and that haven't been touched because of this stupid design. ~~~ Two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
