Today in school hostile forces (i.e. a different class) invaded our classroom to so we had to emigrate to a different one for the duration of our German class.
To my dismay it was freshly renovated which could still be smelt. My sensitive nose could not bear it, but fortunately there was a balcony next to it. So I opened one of the tall windows/doors leading outside, took a desk and arranges it in a way that one side was right next to it. Then I placed a chair on the balcony and sat down outside. Eventually a classmate kept whining that it would be too cold, but since I immediately got a headache when I came back inside I returned to the fresh air, but this time solely with a chair placing my utensils on my lap, and closing the window so that only a small gap remained open for me to be able to hear the teacher's words. It was amusing. And cold, but I rather freeze than having to breathe the fumes of fresh paint and whatnot. This post has been edited by P.P.A.: Mar 1 2010, 10:54 PM |
