So I slept awfully last night, waking up at around 3:45 some 3/4 hour after I fell asleep, plagued by confusion, disorientation, cramps, and hallucinations as soon as I could close my eyes. Eventually I could fall back asleep, but this incident showed me that I should perhaps listen to my body when it wants to sleep and not demand that it stay up for another hour. Which it would probably be wise to refrain from, much to my displeasure. :(
