I AM SO SORRY I NEGLECTED YOU ON THE GBA BECAUSE YOU'RE FUCKING AWESOME

Also lol, I remember on the GBA in every single Clash I would go passive until the gauge is full and then aggressive until it's empty again instead of fitting it to the situation. Neither did I know about the spaces you can move being related to how full your skill gauge is at the start of a Clash. Amongst other silly things. No surprise I sucked so much!

No, you don't. Nor do you need to have every combo and all frames memorized in a fighting game to beat it.

But it definitely makes it simpler.

I did that when I first began playing an didn't know about resistances or anything. >_>

It took me until my second playthrough on the PSP to figure out that:
a) Low-movement cards are not useless.
b) Steal is not the only skill on the planet.
c) Refreshment is not useless.
d) How to equip items.
I guess this is why I had to rely on cheats in the GBA version.
