Lucario's damage, knockback, and special attack all increase as his percentage rises. IE, if at 0% he does 15% damage with an attack and throws the person a little, at 200% he'll do like 26% damage and throw them back very far.
His B moves also get stronger. The cap for this bonus seems to be with Lucario's percentage reaches 200%. Lucario, mother effing God Tier. ~~~ What goes around...

I personally am maining Sonic and PT, with Lucas, Ness, and Yoshi as possible picks (because I always try to avoid using someone somebody else is using). I haven't pre-ordered Brawl, but I'm going to the nearest electronics store as soon as it opens on the release day (next Sunday, YES).
I'm definitely going to play as Pit first. That'll be my default character before I unlock Lucario. Then I'll alternate between those two. But I think Lucario's a good choice for me because I tend to rack up damage a lot. >> Example: In Melee, playing as Pichu, I got up to 200-something percent damage while playing against a level 9 CPU Roy. I've done that with Zelda too, I think. Possibly Mewtwo. I dunno... I can play pretty well with a handful of characters on that game. In terms of game modes on Brawl, Subspace Emissary is my top priority right now. ~~~ Two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
